Blown away by the service. I shopped online. I finalized the order at 9 in the morning had the confirmation email at 9:02. The flowers were delivered by 10:35! Now that’s service. And they were beautiful! Actually nicer than the picture on the site. Different vase, more flowers and greenery. Also different filler flowers than expected but I liked it ten times better than the picture. I went back to compare and noticed that the arrangement I had selected was no longer on the site. So looks like they updated it right away after they sold out, which is a huge gold star on their part. Makes me have more confidence for my next shopping experience that they would take the time to update so I’m not surprised by the results or lack there of. Not a concern now. I live several hours away from Thunder Bay and made my purchase online. Since the flowers were being delivered locally there was free delivery which is made my choice super easy. My family travels to Thunder Bay for medical care often so now I know where to call when the occasion calls for flowers. Fast, affordable and beautiful! Couldn’t ask for more. Bravo!
